Diclofenac Sodium BP 10mg
Methyl Salicylate BP 80mg
Menthol BP 60mg
Capsium Oleoresin USP 0.15mg

Trangel P Ultra is an effective topical analgesic for prompt relief of pain from musculoskeletal disorders(MSD) and arthroses. Trangel- P Ultra is a unique formulation that provides prompt and desired pain relief on local application.
INDICATION:
Trangel -P Ultra is used to provide relief in the following conditions:
Tendonitis, Low back pains,Strains, Arthritis, Muscular Stiffness/ Pain, Backache, Joint Pains, Sprains, Hand/Neck and Shoulder Pain.
GENERAL USE:
TRANGEL-P ULTRA should be applied externally .It should not be applied to open wounds or cuts.Do not apply on sensitive areas like the eye/ eye lids or lips. Do not use Trangel P if you have ever had asthma or severe allergic reaction caused by aspirin, diclofenac or any NSAID. Avoid local application of any other drug in the form of gel/ cream/ ointment/lotion when using Trangel-P Ultra. Keep out of reach of children.
If irritation continues, consult your doctor.
DOSAGE:
Gently rub Trangel-P Ultra 2-3 times per day over the affected part.
